We always need help in our furniture production department and at the sawmill. Unlike those on work experience, holiday casuals won’t in principle get to know our entire operation, but will be put to work where we need them most. But still, you can definitely give your pocket money levels a boost!

Are you interested in wood as a material; would you like to work with both your head and hands?
As a wood processing mechanic, you can get an overview of the entire process – from tree trunk to finished furniture item. During your work experience, you will get to know the various departments and diverse tasks that await you as a wood processing mechanic. You will be posted to the logyard, sawmill, various storage facilities and our furniture component production site. During a one-week placement you will also have the opportunity to manufacture a small item of furniture.
